Set up in 2018 to service the recruiting needs of a core group of existing and prospective commodity industry clients, we have tailor-made our business to focus on delivering exceptional results to a select client base.

Tom Lindsay Managing Partner and Co-Founder

Tom is the Managing Partner and Co-Founder of Ardmore Search Partners based in London.

Previously Tom worked as a Partner for Hogarth Davies Lloyd, a top-tier financial services search firm in London. There he built and ran a successful Commodities Practice, partnering with some preeminent commodity trading organizations and developing it into a leading global franchise. Prior to that, Tom spent several years at a specialist commodity and natural resources executive search firm both in London and in Houston, Texas where he was a principal consultant and a member of their global management team.

Tom is originally from County Down, Northern Ireland and holds a BA in Economics and Business from the University of Newcastle upon Tyne.

Jason Forsey Managing Partner and Co-Founder

Jason is a Managing Partner and Co-Founder of Ardmore Search Partners based in Calgary, Alberta.

Previously Jason was a Senior Consultant at Hogarth Davies Lloyd, a top-tier financial services search firm. He joined Tom as the second hire into a new Global Commodities Practice in London, helping to build a successful global franchise. During this time Jason moved to Calgary, Alberta to open a Canadian satellite office where he was instrumental in cementing Hogarth Davies Lloyd’s reputation in the North American commodity markets. He began his career as a front-office Researcher for a commodity and natural resources executive search firm in London.

Jason is originally from Nova Scotia, Canada and holds a BSc in Psychology from Mount Allison University.
